What does Special Order mean?
“Special Order” means that while that item is not in stock and that we can special order it for you.  This requires that you pay for the item in advanced.  You can always cancel your special order without penalty if the manufacturer or distributor has not fulfilled the order. But once the special order item is in shipment to Georgia Tactical, you cannot cancel the order.  Our return policy would need to be adhered. 

How long will it take to deliver my Order? 
It depends on the manufacturers and distributors.  Typically we are looking at 2 to 6 weeks. But, if there are a lot of buyers “in line” with orders in front of you it will take longer.  The industry just isn’t set up to provide specific delivery dates. Sometimes we get lucky and the item just happens to be scheduled for a shipment delivery within days.  It can be frustrating but in the end you will get what you want at an unbeatable price.

How does the Referral Program work?
Only members in good standing can earn from referrals. So, once you are a member you can refer someone and get $5 cash money for every new member that signs up and pays for a membership. We will soon be adding a referral program website that will better track your referrals.

Can you ship my firearm directly to me?
No, that’s against the law.  Firearms must be shipped to a FFL (Federal Firearm License) holder. 

Do you take gun trade-ins ?
Rarely. But we do have from time to time needs from other customers that we will keep our ear out for.

Why does my new gun look like it has been fired?
Many new firearms are test fired at the factory.  All our firearms sold as “new” are new in box, never displayed, handled or dry fired by countless shoppers. All items are under the manufacturer’s warranty. Any guns in any other condition than “new in box” will be clearly marked.  If you have any Armoire Services provided by GTI, we will test fire the weapon to ensure accuracy.

Typically transfer fees run $20-$30. 

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges depend on where your order is shipped to, but generally speaking most handguns, rifles and shotguns ship to anywhere in the continental USA, including Alaska, for under $29.

Is your website secure for credit card payments?
Yes! You can identify secure servers in the web address bar at the top of your browser.

Why do I have to pay a membership to buy from your website?
The once-a-year service fee is our only income. You are buying everything at actual cost.

Do I need to be an FFL to buy from you?
No, anyone in the USA who can legally own a gun can buy firearms.
